In the past, mostly good cuts. Not today. Butcher job in appx 4 min in the chair. Was shocked when she said she was finished. Questioned but to no avail. Went next door to a different place and paid to re-cut. Be very careful who cuts you at the Bellevue 100 shop. I won't be going back even if cuts were free. That said, I have received good cuts there in the past and some stylists do good work.
