"This was the first time I've ever gone to a Sports Clips.  I brought my son who is 3.5 years old. He is very good when getting haircuts.  He may move his head at times, but he's never upset.  The stylist was rough with him and ended up nipping his ear twice.  I didn't see the first time, but he was definitely not moving the second time.  I was watching. Although she seemed pleasant, I don't think she worked appropriately with my young son.  I've been to different places to get his haircut.  This was the worst experience I've had.  I definitely did not want to leave a tip, but their system didn't give me that option.  I find that generally inappropriate. I left feedback through the website twice, but no one has responded."

"Texas is great and she did my haircut amazing about a month ago.I decided to come back today but just saw whoever was available. I asked for a trim and got the opposite. Don't know how that happens but my hair is chopped up and not even decently and I'm out 20 bucks."

"Very slow.long wait. Guys dont wanna have to wait an hour for a hair cut and they do not want a 30 or 40 minute hair cut. I waited an hour to see 5 people get a clippers cut. Will not go back."

"Very friendly people. Nice haircut. However, I walked in with my son and waited an hour before his hair was finished. Even when his name said “on deck”...we waited an additional 20 minutes before he was in the chair. I watched several people walk in and back out when they saw the board display how long until the next haircut. Not a great way to encourage customers to return. I do not have time to wait an hour for a haircut. I like the concept but unfortunately can not afford to lose that much of my day waiting."

"Four different stylists. Four of the worst haircuts I've had. Turnover seems to be pretty high. I have seen a lot of people working there but never the same person twice. Super friendly, though!"

"I go to Sports Clips for the excellent service and environment. The computer systems help me remember what cuts I had and the staff there is the best! Would recommend to anyone."
